Terms of Service

These terms apply to this website and to the GSD Manager Training program, run by The Effective Syndicate (“we”, “us”). By using the site or signing up, you agree to them. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you can agree for that company.

The plant program

• The program is sold per plant (one site). The price is $24,000 for a 12-month term, billed $2,000 per month by bank transfer (ACH) or card, starting on the day you sign up.
• The plant may enroll as many of its own employees as it likes during the term.
• The first 6 monthly payments are a minimum commitment. After that you may cancel at any time by emailing team@gsdrules.com; billing stops from the next monthly payment and access continues until the end of the month already paid for.
• If a payment fails and is not fixed, we may pause or end access. Access for the plant's people ends when the subscription ends.
• Prices may change for future terms; we will tell you before a change applies to you.
• Small teams and other arrangements are agreed in writing and those terms prevail where they differ.

Live sessions and recordings

Live sessions run online on the dates published on the sessions page. We may occasionally reschedule a session; when we do, we will publish the new date. Sessions are recorded and recordings are made available to enrolled participants. Recordings and training materials are for the internal use of the enrolled plant and its people only and may not be shared publicly, resold or used to train people outside the plant.

Accounts

Training access is personal. Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. The enrolling plant is responsible for the people it adds.

Free sessions and resources

Free sessions, reports and workbooks are offered as-is and may change or end at any time.

Book purchases

Digital book purchases come with the guarantee stated on the offer at the time of purchase.

Intellectual property

The GSD name, the GSD system, the training content, recordings, books and materials belong to The Effective Syndicate or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership.

No guarantee of results

We teach practical leadership and process skills. Results at your plant depend on many things outside our control, so we do not promise any specific outcome (for example a set reduction in turnover).

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site and program are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim related to them is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes do not affect a term already paid for.
