We run three shifts. How does 2nd and 3rd shift get trained?
Every session is recorded and goes into the archive, so off-shift supervisors get the same training as 1st shift, at a time that works for them. You can also put a crew in a conference room and watch together.
Who can attend?
Everyone you want at your plant: supervisors, leads, team leaders and managers, on every shift. The price is per plant, not per person, so adding people costs nothing.
How do we know it's paying off?
Use the numbers you already track: turnover and absenteeism under each supervisor, safety incidents, and how many problems still land on the plant manager's desk. Look at them before you start and again after six months.
What is the Green Belt?
An accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is included for your people at no extra cost. It covers the practical tools (5S, value-stream mapping, visual management) that go with the leadership side.
