Our Founders
Doc McIntyre
Doc has been growing managers and businesses for 25 years. He has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology; he taught in a top tier business school for 20 years; and was an executive in a $700M distribution business.
Beau Groover
Beau has been growing managers and businesses for 20 years. He has an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt; and has been an operations leader in several manufacturing and distribution businesses.
